Best built, most intelligently designed boat in the world. Everything you need nothing you don't!!!! I have this on VHS now I don't have to convert it to digital....Thanks

Strong and elegant : The BCC is a beautiful boat. Very interesting video too, well documented, full of living pictures.

The movie was made by the Sam L. Morse Co, a number of years ago before musical credits were added at the end. I was given a copy of it when the Sam L. Morse company went out of business. The molds where sold to Cape George Co. who now makes the BCC along with their boats. Happy that you enjoyed the video. It is a great look at a great boat.

Perhaps two of Lyle Hess's designs were self-built by Lin and Larry Pardey: the 25 foot Seraffyn and her big sister, the 29.9 foot Taleisin. The later is featured in all 5 of the Pardey's videos. A lot of archival footage of the vessel appears in Cost Control While You Cruise, which draws upon the Pardey video archive to illustrate cost saving stories related by Lin.
