Just cause ppl say something reminds them of something else doesn't mean they copied them. Half the time people distinctly say *this reminds me of this* and that's not a bad thing except if they do it all the time. Something's bound to remind you of something else. The only reason ppl say something reminds them of another is because they saw that one first and they find similarities in it. Nobody said ONEUS copied BTS...it's just that both mvs and songs contain Korean culture and that's not a bad thing. Yes other groups may have done similar concepts before BTS but some people don't know that. Also you have to admit Adios is similar to KTL but it's more like Albatross but it doesn't mean they're copying them.

I'm sure he gets hints of idol from both the video and the song with the traditional elements woven into both, which is exactly what idol included as well. He's definitely not the only one who's mentioned it, because it is something that's going to come to some people's mind with the theme and unique musical sound. @arianamiranda36605 жыл бұрын
Right? When I heard that Idol was supposed to be a representation of Korean culture and a slap to the face of fans who say BTS is Westernized, I imagined their song would turn out like Lit, but instead Idol still sounded and looked like a western song but with a few korean cultural visuals.
@symm35825 жыл бұрын
@@arianamiranda3660 No, it wasn't made to be a "slap on the face" to anyone. Them being "westernised" was not even a topic of discussion before the song came out, it was after the song came out when antis started saying that in order to pull attention away from the genius song production and writing of fusion of Korean and African music and instead make it look like BTS were trying to make up for "not being Korean enough". As for westernization, 95% of all kpop music is westernized pop culture, that is quite literally the point of K-POP so it truly was a very obvious failed attempt by the haters to ruin Idol comeback. If only all these other fandoms focused more on their mains instead of hating on BTS, but it's fine Idol was the most viewed mv when it came out & BTS is still at the top outselling literally everyone else, combined, so :)

@@rhenaissancepoet you're welcome. Still they're both Asian culture and all these songs are good in their own way. I like Idol and I like Lit too.

You are getting those vibes cuZ its there. Both Idol and Lit use traditional Korean instruments and clothing. The last clip in Lit are the members in traditional Korean performance outfits.

YES THE EXPRESSIONS 🙏🏽 but it’s a hard traditional korean based song and Idol-bts too, that’s why they have the same “feeling”

I honestly don't know why Briss don't react to any Oneus mv's again, but maybe because he got alot of criticism in this video.. i don't know, this just my assumption.. But Briss, if you realy don't watch these guys again, you're MISSING A HELL OF TALENT FROM THESE GUYS... They're so so so talented that i feel sory for all people that don't know Oneus..
