Yup, but to clarify - Jojo didn't steal it she legally bought the rights to the song after it was pitched to her (who the hell had that awful idea??) BUT she lied about writing the song - as it's obvious she sang the lyrics word-for-word and she is not in the credits.. she also lied about "never hearing about Brit Smith" and was incredibly arrogant, rude, and untruthful, bc there is no way she didnt know who the original singer was that she bought it from... she's a horrible person, singer, and a liar.
