If parking wardens and companies won’t do anything about these bad parkers then maybe stickers need to be put on their windscreens calling them out ?

In the old days the Police would tow them away and charge them at a yard/ car pound to get their car back. Much more effective than just putting a parking ticket on the car. One ; it removes the obstacle. Two it seriously inconveniences the culprit.

Or even private companies or the council. It isn't like the need isn't there. People have become so incredibly selfish towards others, especially more vulnerable in society.
