I don't know if you've seen 'Malcom in the Middle' It's a US show, but every time I watch you, I always think about the episode when malcoms mom does a hot dog eating contest. Cream then jam every time. The cream serves as a moisture barrier for the jam or else the scones just gets all soggy and falls apart. Serves the same function as butter or mayo for sandwiches.

Cream and jam IS the only way :) YUMS! That is how a scone is dressed :) I prefer white cakes, they are so light tasting, and delish; the only exception is I also love Black Forest Cake :)

I like a good cheese sandwich, but putting dry, grated cheese on buttered bread! We always mix the grated cheese with some mayo [ or Miracle Whip ], and some green relish; so much better, and the cheese doesn't fall out :)

The Millionaire shortbread, after confirmation, it disappeared! Just after the other cakes Scone! Amazing result and the suprise reaction of the lady in the background was incredible

It's got to be jam first then cream. It's all about density, Jam weighs more than cream. If you put the cream on first then the Jam sinks into it unless the cream is overwhipped, so if you want nice layers then it's Jam then cream, and no I don't overthink things lol

I just saw on the Gutfeld show that Eddie Hall just won a women's weight lifting competition in Canada under a different name. I commented on the shows video and told them it was completely false.
