Really nice to see a positive review of BA. Last November I flew on 2 BA flights both WTP and both were excellent, although the outbound flight was somewhat more stressful and the crew felt pushed as there were 4 probationary staff on their first Mid haul flight. Outbound was a 3 class 777 200 ( completely full) and return a 787 . Food was outstanding too, even although I had opted for a kosher meal,I was offered choices from the menu as well. 2 trips in club suites booked for later in the year and one in first for January. That premium sale had some incredible bargains.

Outstanding video to include your commentary 👏 . Living in the U.S., I've been a United 1K (Star Alliance) as I average (16) international trips a year as perks and comfort are a priority to me. This year (2023), I decided to change to One World since Phoenix is a hub for American Airlines. But with that being said...I choose B.A. as my preferred airline since they're is that direct flight from Phoenix to London, and I can get anywhere in Europe with B.A. I will say that it is alot easier getting the points for tier status with B.A., as I've already have Gold (Emerald) status! 👊 Alot more perks with B.A. in reference to lounge access...remember I am all about comfort when flying! I haven't flown Premium class on B.A., as I prefer business/first, but you just never no!? Like you I always eat in the lounge since I never eat on a plane...sleep is my priority. Time change between west coast of the U.S. and Europe is significant, so I sleep to acclimate to the time changes. I'll wake about an hr before landing refreshed and ready to hit the pubs with a level head an appetite! Cheers 🍻! And 👊respect👊 to a brilliant video!

Obviously one of the best perks being lounge access in the USA. What's the most brutal departure or timed flight you've had? Hard given the UK is 4hrs ahead... we often wake up hungry at 5am 🤣

The B.A. flight from Phoenix to London, departs at 19:35 hrs (7:25 p.m.) and we arrive in London at 13:25 hrs (1:25 p.m.). Right now we are (8) hrs behind London time and its a 10 hr flight.. As soon as I hear the double ding (10,000 ft.), I put the seat into bed mode and I sleep pretty much the duration of the the flight. I leave in (2) weeks on a South African trip via London (B.A.). Phoenix-London-Cape Town- Johannesburg-London and back to Phoenix. Going on another safari. I am home (2) weeks and back on a B.A. flight to Paris. So as I stated...it was easy to get all the points to get gold status rather quickly! But your absolutely right...I have lounge access in the U.S. with Emerald status, without even flying business class within the U.S. As much as I fly you think I would do a KZbin, but I would rather watch people like you doing them. Again...impressed with both the video & your commentary. Very professional 👏

Good video. Flew to NYC recently in BA economy (777), and to be honest, never again. Iam 6ft 2" and found the legroom pretty tight. This made for a fairly uncomfortable trip, unfortunately. Premium economy looks a good bet for my next trip, though.

Thanks for your comments 👍yes at 5'9 it's reasonable. However yes it's not the lost spacious. There are some gems seat wise in economy in the A380 otherwise I'd be looking at bulk head seats

I have to say, the Club Suite are very nice to their old Club world product.. have you also noticed that the cabin crew are much nicer and friendly compared to few years back? Seem to provide service with a smile which was lacking before..

That's an interesting one. I guess Covid was soul destroying for everyone. Don't think I've had a bad or negative interaction 🤔. We are usually quite smiley and chatty though 😂

Indeed, I remember the day we saw what they were proposing some 4 years ago. Really nice product. Perhaps a little restricting on the showers but a genuinely nice place to sit. Just a shame the service is having some issues at the moment. We are flying again with BA in November so hopefully we are wowed again and nothing goes wrong

We did a transfer at Heathrow from Europe. For a cost of £1300 return ✈️ Sometimes it's cheaper to fly in direct during the sales 👌

@@liftoffandtravel Nah they didn't panic. Some flights just have lower demand be it departure time, day of week, season etc. Especially true with such a high frequency market and premium as JFK-LHR. It's by far their most lucrative market over all so it's more than made up for.
