What a joke: 30 inches legroom for “premium” feel 😂. I have just flown with one of these in Business class, the seats are no different in comfort (lack thereof) to the previous BA wooden seats with tiny legroom.

Also recline is needed if you have a disability. Such a shame ! 26 planes what a waste of money for passenger comfort

I'm still not impressed. The middle east and USA provide excellent business class products. So sad to see these seats here again 😭 not good I won't be buying business class on these jets

Sorry this is ridiculous - cutting edge technology blah blah only to cramp more people on a plane - where is the comfort of the B757 and B767 that BA used to operate in the 80s and 90s? FFS the world is going backwards!
