British Airways vs. Aegean Airlines in Business Class: who's the best?

A review and comparison of my experience with British Airways and Aegean Airlines business class on the London-Athens route.
Flights: BA 640 and A3608
Aircraft: A321neo (G-NEOX) and A320neo (SX-NED)
Cost of flights: BA - £273.21
Aegean - £100.81 + £105.86 (upgrade bid) = £206.87
