I'm guessing from the wacky availability on the Terrier paras, a certain someone got wrecked by them at some point. Good to see he took it well and didn't massively overreact and nerf them to the point of them been unplayable. Then leave them like that for months, thus making them completely out of line of every other unit in the game. Totally not misusing the position power they might have. That would be ridiculous.

Some reasons that I bring 15 point FV432s (and similar MTLB etc.) 1. Cheapest way in the game to sponge RPGs/ATGMs. Most squads only have ~4 AT rounds. 4 MTLBs are 60 points. You can walk all 4 into a squad, expend their AT (potentially the enemy will double up if they have multiple squads and shoot 2 AT at 1 MTLB you are even more efficiently wasting their ammo. Then, you are often able to walk in something meatier, e.g. BTR, warrior, or M11A3 and mercilessly bully enemy inf. They are the armoured equivalent to reservist spam. 2. Larger infantry waves. Cheaper transporst mean more inf in each wave you send even if the waves are slower. 4-5 MTLBs are the cost of another inf squad. Waves are by far more efficient than quickly trickling in more troops (which you do with trucks). 3. Spammy MMG suppression, in large blobs, against isolated targets or targets without AT, and especially when they have 1-2 vet (base 1 vet assault pio plus CV for example = 2 vet FV432) can very very quickly suppress enemy inf. As we all know, suppressed inf are next to useless unless they're 3 vet SF. 4. More resistant to small arms fire - ultra niche and barely a benefit but sometimes units like snipers or MMGs/napalm launchers will stun your trucks before you can deploy, leading to the squads being killed in transports. MTLBs won't be stunned or suppressed (i.e. they will move at a good speed) against small arms fire, this can mean you sometimes get into better positions and avoid having to unload your inf in the open. Ultimately they're still very meh, if 1 armour mattered I would take them a LOT more than I do, but at 15 points they're finally somewhat useable (never for openers but are decent for midgame imo).

Yeah it's a shame there are no proper overkill mechanics (guys in armoured vehicles should survive when the armour is only just destroyed). I'm liking the FV432s for the start though

I enjoyed the 1st armored Hippie. There seems to be a problem tho: Too much fun playing British armour. This shall not continue, the warrior shall get a 20 point increase in price.

Mr not yet a dr hippie. At 8:11 the challenger mk 2 likely has better turret ergonomics than the chieftain making it easier for the loader. This probably reflected in the higher rof
