Shah Alam ll was the mughal king at that time and the reson why they were unable to help him because on ki hakumat khatam hogae thi on ki hakomat sirf on k mahal tak thi or in k bad bahadur shah zafar bane the lekin in the middle of 1800 angrezon ne jese sultan ko shikast di bilkul waise hi on k bebasi ka faida utha k on pe bhi hamla kiya q k angrez jante the k on k pas kuch bhi nahi ha ab khone ko to bahadur shah zafar ko pata tha ye sab to onhon ne apne bachon ko or apne bahen bhaiyon farar karwa diya lekin phir bhi on k 2 3 bache hath lag the angrezon k jinhen wo bahadur shahzafar k sath wahan se burma le gae or wahan qaid kardiya bahadur shah zafar bhi sufi ban gae the he died in that prison and buried there in the same prison i guess but people visit him every friday and and his kids who were also send there with him burma there family is also present there in burma they are not allowed to have passport they cannot travel anywhere but alhamdulillah they are living a normal life and bahadur shahzafars desendants are also living in pakistan they are bahadur shahzafar's brothers kids means nephew and nieces and his grand kids ! Concluaion : they were weak and have nothing to help sultan at that time ! han agar on ka kingdom vast hota akbar ,jahangur,shah jahan or aurangzeb ki tarah to han wo madad kar sakte the but unfortunetly on k pas kuch nahi tha jis se wo madad kar sakte!
