Good job Sam!! Rocky on the high and floor, which we all know that you can smash those apparatus, we've seen you kill it on those. So ain't too worry, you'll bounce back for sure. Your rings was Amazing, that iron cross and pointed toes, on point. Congrats on the Bronzes!! Sam you got this! Great job!

That's so nice! Pommels and Rings with also parallels in the end! I'm sad for high bar too, but all the rest was nice. It was like you were so excited to be back that you just put too much energy in every tumbling pass on floor. It's a pretty good competition in the end with those two bronze medals man, we're happy for you

Yes you made some costly mistakes but you still finished 7th which shows how strong a competitor you are and will be a force to be reckoned with when you hit your routines! But also you got 2 bronze medals on apparatus that’s aren’t considered your strongest pieces. Well done, onwards and upwards 💓

Saaaam! Great footage! I feel like I've never seen you make those mistakes on high bar and floor. Do you think that there's a mental component that wasn't there that day? Because I know you can do those skills and do them well. I love your rings! What went into the decision to change your vault from the English Champs? Congrats again on your two medals and I can't wait to see what you get up to next

Hey Sam thank you for the support! I have just not done enough numbers yet in the gym. With HighBar it takes a lot of work to build fitness which i have been doing on top of being back on six apparatus. I hurt my ankle in the warm up at the English champs and was actually close to pulling out right up until my first event. Have a greta weekend :)
