According to the scholarship i need an offer latter from the university my question is do i need to write same sop for both applying in the university and scholarship? Or both sop will be different? Like the sop for applying in the university will be different and applying for University will be different?

You need to check the british Council website. They have the list of universities and courses.The university that I choose, I had to submit an application to my course of choice and fill a form to apply to the scholarship. You will probably do the same, but each university has its appplication form
