We also use “knackered” for broken or near broken. “My car is knackered” for example, would mean your car is either failing or has failed.

Thanks for the lesson James. Note: bollocks! Is a rude way to say something is rubbish. Don't use it at work.😊 "'That is the dog's bollocks," however, means that something is excellent. It is identical to ," That is the mutt's nuts, mate." This slang is quite old though. Old but gold. Thanks.
