Great player so many said he was wasn't big or hdrd enough to play open rugby 🏉 he proved them wrong he played every position in the back line he was fearless add also with football smarts only every so often players like him try their luck playing this game and he was one of them from rugby . In the late 80s. brilliant player in a star-studded team full of locals from Widnes handful of Welsh ex rugby superstars. In the boiler room the likes of kiwi hard men Kurt Sorensen Joe Grima Emosi koloto and Esene Faimalo and a clever aussie Rake /number 9 or hooker ❤Great interview Dave love the widnes boys very humble 9
