Ohne Durchsuchungsbeschluss darf die Polizei die Wohnung nur bei Gefahr in Verzug betreten. Bei Corona-Verstößen ist keine Gefahr in Verzug. Gefahr in Verzug besteht, wenn z.B. Häusliche Gewalt ist, un das Opfer zu schützen.
