Just for the information. In this video. The former Minister of Defense Mr. Manohar Parikar is no more. May his soul rest in peace. He contributed so much for Indian Military. The NSA Mr. Ajit Doval (Former RA&W Chief- Intelligence Agency) continues to be NSA at present. And Army Chief General Bipin Rawat is now the first CDS of India. Chief of Defense Staff (head of tri-services Army, Navy and Airforce).

Indian army Para SF has the longest training period(probably in the world) of 3 and a half years to become a para SF, and after that you have to serve in a hostile zone for nearly 1 to 2 years and complete atleast 5 SUCESSFULL insurgency missions only then you become a full flegid para SF comando.

The NSCN were formed to fight for freedom and pushed back the Indian Army. When the British left India the Naga declared its Independence on 14 August 1947. The Naga's were never under the British rule. They are the tribal people also known as Headhunters for their head hunting tradition. The Indian Army occupied Naga territory and started killing the Naga and raped women's ruthlessly. So the Naga's set up its own Army finance by the Naga people to fight the Indian. Even the language and culture is very different from the rest of India.

Northeast India and Myanmar's geography is similar to Vietnam's geography. And you know that how US soldiers failed in Vietnam due to the deep forest region. India have deep mountain forests, Himalayan high mountain region, deep mud forests like sundervan forests, extreme desert of Rajasthan & Gujrat, a long coastal region. That's why Indian military is capable in doing operations in every region. India's mountain warfare is very popular and many countries like US, France and Canada send their troops for training in Indian high mountain warfare school.

Classical line ambush. Executed differently after initial detonation though. Our doctrine is to close the front and back door, use claymores arrayed in linear in center, pour overwhelming firepower onto the center, advance on the center, overrun it - double-tapping anyone we encounter on the way, go past the convoy about ten to twenty meters, stop and secure the perimeter and then half the guys would turn around and clean up the center of the ambush (making sure nobody is left alive) while the rest of the attackers secured the perimeter.

Insurgents in the North East want a separate land for themselves. They are separatists. They are secretly supported by foreign countries hostile to India, mainly China. The insurgent groups also share their left-leaning ideology with China. It is to be noted that, majority of civilians in the North East are patriotic and love India. Hence, you will find a high number of these guys in the Indian Armed Forces. They are very courageous and highly disciplined

Oh yes, NSCN and K are one of the most ruthless militant groups in NE India. As a person from Mizoram, I knew a few people from Nagaland whose "uncles and cousins" are afflicted with the group. And according to most of them, they know the forest area more than the city itself, although few, kidnapping people who they think are "a threat" and never seeing them again is not something surprising. These militants rebel because they want "out of India" and their reasoning is that "they were never a part of India, only when the Brits left that NE India was introduced." (which is entirely not false). They operate like the mafia to get their main supplies, I'm sure there are a lot of things you can imagine but what makes them deadly is that they train like the military itself. They even have rankings and different teams, so to say. They want independence but if you ask me, it's stupid. China, Bangladesh and Myanmar would want a part of NE India and it could turn bloody very quickly and if their wish were to come true, India's not gonna help. They are the main reason why insurgencies are still a thing in many parts of NE India, close to non here in Mizoram though. I really enjoyed your reaction. Love from NE India.

This are just to show to the main land Indians I know I am from the Dimapur city of Nagaland, they just went some few kilometres 5 to 8 kilometres and some villagers(hunters) saw them , they just blew some hut where people rest when they go to their farm, but when Naga Army knew about it some hours the Indian army ran away, as the local people know about this raid, nothing new every media covering inorder to get their ranking, as main land Indian people always speak lies about north east india as they say that people eat snake, eat human, live naked, just to discriminate, even in the early nineties the para commando or the black cats of Indian army were killed when they just went just few kilometres upto 5 but more than 200 to 500 were killed but the media were never informed they just covered up themselves, Indians will never disclosed how many of their soldiers were killed,

It's same situation just like back in 1971 east pakistan now known as bangladesh, there pakistan tried to impose urdu as their national language and the students, lawyers and every other civilians defied orders to protect their bengali language in Bangladesh so pakistani military started crackdown on civilians that resulted in the targeted killing of more than 3 million bengali civilians and rape of 400,000 bengali women by the pakistani army they were so gruesome that they started massacring their own bengali soldiers in barracks. Then 10 million bengalis fled for safety in India and India first tried to voice for support in the UN but no one supported India at that time so our PM asked our military chief to solve the situation and bangladesh was liberated at that time India stood up against half the world including NATO, middle Eastern countries and infact US and Britain sent in their carrier battle groups to intimidate India in the fear that India might wipe out pakistan from the world map. India can do it again but this time china will get itself involved and then the US and russia and Myanmar can turn into a bloody battlefield and India is avoiding that. That's why the best thing can happen to Myanmar is UNSC indian troops can invade Myanmar in that manner china will find no excuse to interfere and that will be an easy job with no fear of Myanmar becoming the next asian syria.

@@danydash316 Thank you for the info. I know the UN plans on implementing sanctions, but I do not think it will have any effect, nor would it be easy without directly having a negative result for the citizens as well. @@ΒΞΔΝ the thing is, India have options against the coup but India isn't taking risks otherwise we got a whole community of ethnic people whose culture is similar to myanmar civilians and Indian intelligence do have people from that community in their service, that means Indian intelligence can easily mix up with Myanmar locals and do the job, they just need official orders from the government of India. And if India defeats Myanmar military in strong military action then there is tons of insurgent groups that are ready to take power in Myanmar and also those insurgents are somehow getting chinese weapons out of nowhere. It is pretty messed up just due to chinese CCP. It's not like any other middle east conflict where world powers can simply push in without going into a full blown world war.
