Thanks for sharing. I like the itemization at the end. I am in the US so I am still waiting for my box. Interested to see what I end up with.

I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised when I did the maths. I thought Warlord would have used the full price not the sales price so that was a big plus. Add in the fact that the Gigant book actually features my home area (and my own cap badged unit) and we have a real bonus.

I’ve watched quite a few of these box openings and there doesn’t appear to be much mystery. A cruel seas and a blood red skies has been in every mystery box. The two laser pointers have been in every box. The terminator and British infantry seems very common. Always two books though you were lucky, for most the second book has been a copy of wargames illustrated magazine. A bag of Dr Who figures appears a lot, though you didn’t get them. The only thing in your box that hasn’t appeared in others I have watched is the dice bag. Too formulaic for me, less of a random mystery and more of a stack of things we want to get rid of and everyone gets pretty much the same thing. For example if you were to think “that was okay I’ll buy a second” I guarantee you would end up with a second set of laser pointers .

You were correct, see the second video. Value wise I cant fault them, even if I sell bits off cheap on eBay!

Not bad at all. 102 for 75.

Cost was £40, £75 was what it is worth at the current sale price. Admittedly there is a lot I wouldn't buy in there but still good value.

@@jameslangham9854 problem is most retailers (local stores will do 10-20% off off any way). Also for me personally own quite a few of their books and supplements so Id risk loosing further savings by getting duplicate books. I hear they are moving factory/warehouse down the road so seem like they have just getting rid of a load of stock they found in a backroom somewhere. Cheers for the video though!

Thanks, I don't own many of the books and worst case they could go on eBay LOL. There was a lot of questions about contents which is why I thought it would be worth doing an unboxing.

@@jameslangham9854 Btw did you BA infantry come with guns? Heard that was a common problem.
@jameslangham98543 жыл бұрын
They didn't, that was something I hadn't picked up on during the unboxing. I've ordered another box from the new deal so you never know they may have some in it! They can always be used as artillery crew or I might just pick up some weapons or see about some hand swaps from my Perry spares.
