Yep, it is a uniquely spiritual place, in both site and setting, in my experience. Powerful and very chilled-out at the same time.

Great video, really interesting. St Brynach's, Nevern, is my favourite among quirky and remote Welsh churches. As someone involved in pheasant shooting, however, I'll have to take issue with your claim that it is "inhumane"!

Thank you for this. I'm the parish priest at St Melangell's church in Manchester, and we hope to make a pilgrimage to the shrine church again. This is a wonderful video for me to share with our people to excite them into coming. Thank you.

Father, you should connect with Peter who runs the prayer garden. He is a lovely chap and it is a great place to bring a pilgrimage group. If you are interested, I can make an introduction. It is open to all, not directed at one specific denomination.

Also, I noticed that you are Orthodox. Have you seen my videos about my stay in the Orthodox Stavropegic Monastery of St. John the Baptist in Essex?

Just as the Ka’aba is the Qibla, prayer direction for the worshippers, hearts are the Qibla of the spiritual wayfarers and seekers. And the Heart and the Ka’aba are only two designated directions for communicating the secrets of Truth, and the Truth is God❤
