She is Princess Norodom Buppha Devi (rip). She was one of the most famous Cambodian apsara’s dancers and royal ballet dancers. She is the daughter of King Norodom Sihanouk and is the half sibling of the current king Norodom Sihamoni. Many Cambodians like her because she was a very skilled dancer. After the Khmer Rouge war she help many people learn the traditional dance style from the Khmer empire. Such as classical apsara dance, Robam jun por dance, Etc Although there are many styles of Khmer apsara dance, Princess Norodom buppha Devi has one significant style of apsara dance that many love and that style of dancing is what Cambodians use to show during foriegn exchange during Tourism or just to showcase our culture to others countries.

This is the funeral of princess norodom buppha devi. And the singer of the song is sokun nisa. Princess buppha Devi was a very famous dancer. She learned Cambodian dance from the angkor era (khmer empire). She survived the civil war and even after the civil war she never stoped dancing until she died.
