Well well well, whether the person is American, or British, or Australian, none of them pronounce the words correctly. Only Indians pronounce the words correctly and neatly so that the other person can atleast understand it.

It doesn't matter, it's just an accent it doesn't make it wrong, it's just different. I don't know Indian-English but it isn't perfect for everyone. Every version is correct in it's own way, there is no international standard so you can't say Indian-English is the version pronounced neatly and so the other can understand, it will be harder for others.
