Thx. empathy 🔥 How a new language affects our thoughts 🤔 I can tell you about my experience. I speak 5 languages, the 5th one is German, and I noticed that if I continue to actively use all these languages, some mixed words appear in my head... because it is not so easy to quickly switch to another language without mixing up a single word... but in general, many languages help our memory develop... 😊

Please continue making videos at this level. Yes, it is difficult to understand, but I can understand it after listening to it a few times. This is the level of real English spoken around me.👍

I am a native Thai speaker, and I think speaking different languages brings out different personalities. For instance, when I speak Thai, it also depends on who I am talking to. With elders, we tend to use a different tone and be more polite, which seems to come from our culture and background. Thanks again for your useful video. 🙏🙏

I agree with you! Sometimes I feel like if I speak English, I have more energy and confidence. But when I speak Japanese, I transform into a person who is really polite.

I believe that language influences thoughts, but beyond that, the process of learning another language is even stronger when it comes to changing a definitive mindset about something. For example, I'm the kind of person who usually doesn't like to watch a film or series multiple times, but for the sake of learning, I find myself open to it. More than that, I'm willing to watch a type of content that I generally wouldn't

I LOVE IT!! This is such a great video, and it’s perfect for listening practice :) Andd it’s finally your time to respond to the most random questions! About the part on personality and languages, I’ve heard so many people say that your personality changes depending on the language you’re speaking, and I think it’s true. I have noticed that when I speak Brazilian Portuguese, I instantly feel like a happier version of myself, I don’t even know why! Thank youuuu, Dylan 🍊!!

Why not Henry? I hope you get better soon. Vitamine C is always a good choice! Happy New Year! And again thank you for this funny video... you answer spontaneously ... very beautiful extra lesson ... a tread for all of us, ... your students. One of the questions in the video "How does language influence thought?" is very important to myself and the question draws my thought to the subject. My native language is German and I am fluent in French, English, Dutch and a little Japonese. At the first place I am a musician. That makes six languages. I would like to think about it and maybe write about my view on this impotant question... and come back to it. For today I can say our English lessons with you can influence our thoughts ... in English. just gorgeous!

Language does not completely determine our thoughts. We can still think about concepts that our language may not have specific words for, and we can learn new languages and adapt our thinking in accordingly. ^_^

I have noticed, seeing British TV series, that flapped t is more and more frequent in UK, especially between words (for example: get it, that is pronounced geddit) and in colloquial words like 'gotta'. Am I wrong?

coffee and oat milk is like having a beer without any alcohol. there are a lot of milk "whitout", fat, lactose etc. when you have a cold or get the flu , too much water is the solution but if you intake of tea is high, you are to visit the toilet very often. take care yourself. But , yes, you right the best , a huge amount of vit, c and B,. good job nevertheless.

I’d argue coffee without caffeine is like beer without alcohol - but thanks the comment regardless. You’re definitely right about the vitamins! Cheers ❤️🔥

@@britisheducation sorry teacher, i was talking about oat milk not the caffeina one. In fact descaf coffee, i have it very often every day. I am a coffeeholic, but with natural without fat and lactose milk. short coffee and milk, you call it.lette. i cant help oat milk, the taste is like if you were tasting dirt in a strong haze Canary day as today.
