Wonder how many horses died.

In Velká Pardubická died about 50 horses throught the years and directly at Taxis jump died 23 horses.

This year one at Taxis again. It suddenly jumped sideways, and so many fell behind it, I was honestly surprised more were not done for.

I can only say thankfully, it being in black and white, obviously means it's not run anymore cos that not only inhumane but there was no warnings saying to the horse 'beware River ahead'(obviously in Czech)

It is still there but the obstacles changed. Still, always someone falls. It happens often during steeple chases.
