That coco cola square sign didn’t arrive until 1971 and it’s even easier to date from Diamonds Are Forever at The Pavilion. Why can’t Pathe ever get their cans labelled correctly??????

I was a small kid in 1970 but I do remember this London. So much better than today.

This must be 1971 or 1972, because the James Bond Diamonds are forever was released at the end of 1971, I saw the advert.

Quite true. This can't have been 1970, as 'Diamonds Are Forever' was released in 1971 - and also there was a van with a 'K' registration on its number plate, which was the latter year''s letter. An interesting piece of archive film though.

Everyone was watching steptoe and son ,and on the buses ,only had 3 TV channels back then
