Just shown this to my 88yr old father who was a sergeant in the line of 200 Sherwood Foresters. Thank you very much to whoever uploaded this as my dad had no idea it was being filmed, he only had a few photos his colleague took. He has been moaning for years about how long they had to train & then wait on the day for Her Mag lol.

My dad, Sgt Eddie Chapman, was one of the 2 airmen in white saluting the Queen at the bottom of the aircraft steps. Didn't know till recently that it was on Pathe News. Around the minute mark. We do possess photos of the occasion.
