+RanjiRamesh YOU ARE SO RIGHT! Vogue [and especially Anna Wintour] has been a huge if not THE hugest promoter of FUR in fashion. That´s literally killing, my dear. And, let me tell you, dying by your genitals electrocuted... it´s not nice, cute and fashionable, at all... Don´t you think?
@anddogsaregonnabark8 жыл бұрын
+Aneeta TV That's so irrelevant. You can still love Fashion (Vogue) and not support Fur or Leather
@anitasseo8 жыл бұрын
Giselle M Vogue is one of the main sponsors and promoters of the Fur Industry. If you buy and consume the "concept" Vogue (magazine, videos, websites etc), you promote the industry that promotes Animal Industry for Fashion. Meaning: you feed and, therefore, give the power to an enterprise that does something VERY wrong. In other words: 1+1=2. :) See? You can learn something new everyday. You´re welcome.

I love how 'back in the day' you could work for a retail company and you could move up and get recruited into corporate which leads to other job opportunities. Now, all I hear people say is "it's about who you know". SOME companies don't seem to value their long time employees like that anymore. Just speaking from experience.

Hi Alexa , Dont know how to start this but, your series were much more than the tip of the iceberg for me. Watching every episode, I realized how much I loved and could really succeed in fashion, although there is an entire pre-trial, from people around me, about it. "When are you going to earn proper money ? " hahahaah .... So , I quit my chemical engineering school in the third year and decided to attend an advertising and marketing graduation. It was not easy but extremely enjoyable and sense of freedom was beyond everything I could imagine ! And so, I also realized that I would love to specialize in fashion marketing .💡 Alexa , I trust you so much, i have no idea how you and Vogue has helped me a lot in this jouney. Thank you so much!! Today, I can only ask you what advice would you give me to follow the fashion industry and which courses would be extremely useful and the most required for this path? Thank you for everything Alexa and Vogue ! Kisses from a Brazilian FOFER . 😊✨

in the business world, having connections is one of THE most important things you should acquire. +Aneeta TV I'm guessing you're one of those PETA obsessed freaks who has nothing to do but to spread hate -_- I don't know if you're too ignorant about Indonesia or just plain dumb. Have you seen Leonardo DiCaprio's instagram?! He recently visited Indonesia, more specifically Sumatera in which he took several photos at our renowned orang utans and elephant sanctuary reserve. And no, the animals are not in the zoo, they are in the wild. You're just fooled with all these propaganda that your western media have shown you. WE HAVE PLENTY OF ANIMAL PROTECTION ORGANIZATION AND I'M SO SICK OF YOU "ANIMAL LOVERS" THINK YOU'RE BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE JUST BECAUSE YOU LOVE THAT CULT ORGANIZATION WHO PREFERS TAKING CARE OF ANTS THAN HELPING STARVING HUMANS. I'm a fashion lover, but I love animals too, however I do not fucking spreading all these stupid hate comments, forcing people to go with your lifestyle and all that. This is why you people have a bad rep in the society, so please before you critizise anyone, take a look at yourself first. Now if you please get the fuck out of this comment section because you're just making a fool of yourself.

This series is truly amazing! I was already quite happy with the first season because it opens up a world that is still quite closed and secretive. However, I found it too focused on 'the usual jobs' that we know in fashion such as creative directors, stylists and editors. I want to work in fashion since I was 12 years old and but I know that design is not for me. This first episode gave me so much hope to the possibilities and variety of jobs that I can aspire to. Plus, Alexa is a great host: charming, funny and she takes count of what the audience wants to learn about. Can't wait for the next episode! :)

Hello from Perú! Wonderful series and just amazing content from British Vogue. I would love to add my 2 cents and ask if this lovely series, could also cover how international brands enter US & European markets. Perhaps a focus on Trade Shows, getting in touch with buyers for wholesale, online international sale, etc. It is very difficult to take your products into other markets, but from personal experience (having a brand in South America), taking it to another market is not only a good idea but a MUST to be able to live off of this. Final note, Alexa is such a wonderful girl to guide people through this industry; the people behind the videos (director, camera people, editors, post production, and lots more) are just brilliant and UK Vogue + the online team of UK Vogue who manage to read all these comments and create amazing content are the sh*it. Nailed it UK VOGUE.
