I remember to this album. This was the contrast of the techno, dance, EDM and electro that she have in the Blackout album. This album was more commercial and more pop and RnB to ''Blackout'' who she used a little the EDM in this album that she used of her precedent album. ''Womanizer'' was the biggest jump to n.1 of history at the time, jumping to n.96 to n.1. I prefer ''Gimme More'', very reprensentative of this woman and very timeless, while ''Womanizer'' was a return who she have with her style for for example ''Toxic'' and ''I'm a Slave 4 U''.

Back at the time of release, one critic wrote that Blackout was a producer's album using Britney's voice to put forth their musical ideas, and Circus was a manager's album meant to do damage control of her career, and that Britney had very little to do with either one. I don't think that's true of Blackout, but it could be true of Circus.
