In the "now" clips it looks like she is disassociating mentally and can't concentrate. She seems very unsure of how to play the part of what people know her as at this stage in her life.

Facial tics and bodily tremors caused by medications is the cause for change. That's my guess. Certain SSRIs are known to cause these issues. May also account for her vocal tremors seen on her recent Instagram videos, where her voice sounds shaky, hoarse, cracky and like she's about to cry. Vocal tremors can also be a side effect of certain medicines.

Honestly, if she had different makeup and hairstyle she would look alot better. Idk what kind of makeup artist she has now but the foundation is too light, makes her look pale and sick looking. The dark eyeliner is way to heavy with the light makeup and the bold lips is too much. Her hairstyle is just too stringy and messy and keeps getting in the way, which is why she keeps messing with it. As far as her rigid movements, idk looks like a bad choreographer to me. I also don't like what the costume designer has her wearing. All and all it would seem to me alot of hands dropped the ball in the later performance. She still has a great figure and would look great if her hair and makeup were done differently. Most of us dont have that good of figure in our 30's.

Looks like testosterone therapy, body sculpting, and lithium abuse against her will...thanks for the mash up, the concern. I was on T for migraine in my fifties and got some masculinization of musculature in my face and arms and legs, and what I see in her here is close to what I saw in myself. I was given progesterone too that really flattened my personality and made me suicidal. All I needed was magnesium. BS looks like she eats well enough but her hormones are a mess, still.

Lots of douche bags in the comment section. She's been singing and dancing since she was a kid and has been an icon since the age of 17. She's been doing this for more than 20 years, not all entertainers can claim the same. And she's not on drugs, she's almost 40 years old now. She's one of very few celebs that hasn't cut parts of her face off. She's had no plastic surgery and she's aging the way she's supposed to just like everyone else. You people are mean.

I, too, was going to say, it constantly appeared that right when Brit was on the verge of not knowing exactly what to do with herself, she would do the signature hair flick or flail her arms to the rhythm...anything to earnestly attempt to imitate the sense of, that which was choreographed, but instead presented itself in the form of mere body movements, rhythmic movements? yes, I believe, but not so much dance, yet simply movements, exerting some form of energy so as to seemingly manage to look enthusiastically engaged in her performance ...anything so as not to be standing still, exuding optics that her mind unmistakably wasn’t in the present moment(i’m not speaking in terms of symptoms of mental illness, first and foremost, I’m not a professional in the field in any way shape or form, I’m referring to how clearly apparent it appeared to me, that she was distracted/disoriented in some manner ...I could very well be wrong)
