One of her best performances IMHO not only because she is singing live and not lip syncing but also because she is (mostly) doing the choreography too. Later it would be one or the other; either lip sync and dance or sing live but stand still rocking back and forth like a bobble doll on a car's dashboard.

In my opinion this was one of her best live performances at the beginning of her career. This makes me miss the old Britney Spears so much. I miss it when she used to sing her songs 100% live vocals. Every time I watch any of her old live vocals performances her voice literally gives me goosebumps. She's always had a very unique and different and beautiful singing voice.

This was @ a Motown event 😳??!! I surely didn't get the memo on this when it aired. Funny thing is, the 1st time I heard of Britney Spears 👩🏻‍🦰, this guy that stayed in my dorm --- no mind you, he was black (as am I), 6'2", and VERY big/husky, who you would think --- if U go based on appearance --- wouldn't even be the LAST person 2 listen to bubblegum 🍬 pop, asked me "Have you heard of this new singer named Britney Spears??" I can't remember if @ that time if I'd already heard HMBOMT on the radio 📻, but I definitely had not seen her til he proceeded to show me the cover of the single 💿 🎶 (kids of this generation are gonna be like 'single' 😐??, LOL) of hers he had purchased. I always liked most genres of music due to how I grew up --- plus, I was just different anyway. But, it was funny to see the glee 🤗 on this big, ol teddy bear's 🐻 face when he was talking bout some Britney Spears.
