That was my first thought. He should have went with NAS, Biggie, PAC, Cube...anyone but Puffy. Dame Lillard could now shoot back: "You said you was Puffy and I was Mace, you coulda picked a winner but you chose a disgrace."

@OBDAZ There's a YT Short of James Harden with his (latest) girlfriend at a wedding in Italy, and his gf caught the bride's bouquet. The look on Harden's face through that hilarious beard is one of the funniest things you will ever see.

Shaq did have Kobe but shaq was the best player during their 3 championships. In the 2000 finals Kobe averaged 15 points per game. Shaq averaged 36 points. Shaq won finals MVP in all 3 of the finals he played with Kobe. He did win in Miami and D wade was the best player in that finals. But the 3 in LA shaq was the driving force

5:49 yeah, smack talk leads to diss tracks, which leads to funerals. I can't even begin to explain how many people lost their life over rap beef. It's insane tbh. These nba "rappers" are just playing a role.

Chuck wasn’t right about Lebron needing more because the year after Lebron and the Cavs won that championship against the 72 win warriors they added KD, so the Cavs did not more.

I think Shaq is a mostly very nice guy who just has a huge ego when it comes to his legacy. There’s tons of examples of him being a stand up guy off the court and out of the spotlight, but when it comes to anything basketball related, I think his competitiveness really comes out and he can become pretty spiteful and petty.

He was "better" but the way you are framing it is a bit misleading for viewers like them who don't know. They will misunderstand their dynamic. The point is, Shaq would not have 3 peated without Kobe - which is all they were referencing when they were saying he had help too.

@@millardfilmore1403 I’m just saying one guy was in the NBA top 50 at the time after his 4th or 5th season in the league and won 3 finals mvps avenging like 34 and 13 of course he couldn’t have won without Kobe but he wasn’t Mamba yet

Fact at the end of the day is Kobe wouldn’t have gotten to 5 without Shaq and Shaq wouldn’t have won 4 without Kobe nobody wins rings without help around them

Shaq couldn’t have won those title without Kobe, but best believe shaq was still the greatest offensive threat in nba history. Nobody was stopping shaq, but free throws.
@willvr43 ай бұрын
You're not wrong, but Kobe was wildly overrated. The comparison of Kobe to Jordan is laughable at best. Same position, same height, Kobe shot 44% from the field for his career, Jordan shot 50%. That's MILES apart.
@rydercollins55532 ай бұрын
@@willvr4ok they are miles apart but the 6% shooting diff is not even close to being the deciding factor or even really much of a factor at all lmaooo

@NewRimHoops As someone who doesn't like either Shaq or Kobe, the whole "Kobe wouldn't have 5 rings" angle is tired. Of course he wouldn't have, neither would Shaq have 4 rings. Kobe and Shaq, like their fans, are so flipping annoying.
@LukaDonesnitch3 ай бұрын
@NewRimHoops I'm not even a Kobe lover, but Jesus you can't be more of a Shaq stan, you sound just as insufferable and egotistical as he does. Without Kobe Shaq wouldn't have had those rings, remember the Magic? Ringless, who did LA trade when it came to Shaq or Kobe? You already know the answer, just stop guy. LOL

I'm a huge Shaq fan but I have to disagree with him on the Damian Lillard rap beef. Usually NBA players are pretty lame when it comes to rapping but Dame who goes by Dame D.O.L.L.A as his rap name is actually quite good. Not surprised since he's from my town Oakland California but his new album is really good including his new song "Paid in Full".
@brentdavis5553 ай бұрын
To be fair Shaq did have a good rap song or two back in the early 90s, although it was typically other rappers carrying the song like What's Up Doc. But Dame Dolla (Dame Lillard) is the better rapper by far.

13:20 Chuck wasn't right at all. Yes, Bron and the Cavs just won the championship, but that's because Bron and Kyrie were the best players in the series; Bron led BOTH teams in every stat; Bron in that 3-1 comeback was the best player of all time; he was unstoppable; but GSW had the better team; Cavs just had an unstoppable Bron, and then GSW lost and added KD…GSW had Curry, Thomson, KD, Green, and a good bench; Bron had Kyrie and Love; and that's pretty much it. You do need more to win. Look at MJ at one point; for his time, he had the best SF, best rebounder, best coach, a six-man player of the year, and a good three-point shooter. Look at the Celtics right now. Luka is the better player, but the Celtics have probably the most complete NBA roster of all time; they are stacked, and anyone who says no is just stupid. The Celtics have Holiday and White, who have been the best PG defenders in the league, they can also space the floor and make plays; then they have their two stars, Tatum and Brown, who are both offensive-defensive threats; then they have Porzinguis and Horford at the center position that can also play great defense and can space the floor; they have six guys that can do it all and then have a good shooter on the bench, etc. In how competitive the league is now, you need an all-around team to win. That's why there haven't been any back-to-back champions because a new team gets better and more stacked, but if this Celtics team is healthy, I could see them winning back-to-back, and I am a Lakers fan, so I ain't biased.
