Like all fast food, it’s not even really that Americanized it’s fast foodized. It’s not like fast food remains authentic to American food, it only remains authentic to the weirdness of fast food. You could walk into a McDonald’s in Japan and it’ll definitely not be American but still retains the same fast food vibes you’d get walking into any McDonald’s in NYC. I know some of the testers are unhappy that it isn’t spicier but that is kind of the point. You’re supposed to be able to customize it to your spice level with the different sauce packets. I'm so lucky though - I've got handwritten recipe cards from my mother, grandmother and great grandmother. No one can read them but me (I guess the handwriting is genetic!). To get around that, I took photos of the cards in decorous piles to use as backgrounds, then typed up the recipes to put on top of the photos. Now all my non-blood related family can use them and pass them on too. Those three women meant the world to me. I'm so grateful to be able to help them live on through their recipes.

i mean its fried sweet dough and another countries version of "doughnut" basically. Though taste wise its obviously very different. Puff puff is generally vegan (no egg or milk etc), animal products in fired dough (churro and american doughnuts) tend to give it a more fluffy texture imo.

The Nacho Fries are seasonal. They don't even have them all the time near me. But they SLAP, especially when they're like fresh out the fryer, they're so good, omg.

Once this is FARRRRRR from Mexican food , and Taco Bell for AMERICANS is usually a quick grab or a munchie / drink meal 😂 do that and then it’s a real score Oh not to mention AFTER 12 am 😂
