Frustration is a very positive sign. It means that the solution to your problem is within range, but what you're currently doing isn't working, and you need to change your approach in order to achieve your goal.

I just want you’ll to know that if you are out there and you are being really hard on yourself right now for something that has happened … it’s normal. That is what is going to happen to you in life. No one gets through unscathed. We are all going to have a few scratches on us. Please be kind to yourselves and stand up for yourself, please.

Brittani, your review of antibiotics is better than the review classes you spend money on...please know you will be blessed for all you're doing. I am sooo thankful for your review. Outstanding! What's the difference between a morbilliform rash and red man syndrome? I understand it to be that the morbilliform rash is systemic and has raised bumps, a maculopapular exanthem that doesn't itch while the red man's syndrome is flat, itchy red rash that does itch only in the upper body. Are both are IgE mediated responses? Great mnemonics btw.

Can you provide some clarification on your "dump" slide at the end, which I think is very helpful: - for strep & mono concurrent, my Leik review (4th ed, pg 81) says penicillin is #1, back up is clarithromycin. you are saying cephalexin is #1? - for travelers diarrhea, Leik review said cipro as #1, this slide says azithromycin with levo/cipro back up. Thank you!

Hi Yessica! Sorry for the delayed reply. Do you have the reference tool, the "Practice Guidelines for Nurse Practitioners?" I would say purchase that if you don't have it and review it. It is seriously so helpful! Along with any of my system specific videos (here on KZbin) that you feel you could user a refresher on. Also, it's helpful to have someone you can text or call, to bounce ideas off of, if you want a second opinion while in practice. Hopefully that's helpful. Good luck to you!
