Thank you Brittany for sharing some insight to life as a mom in the spotlight with her football player husband. Sterling and Bronze are so adorable. It's normal to be scared as a parent if your child eats something and can have an allergic reaction. Peanut butter is one thing that's common to be allergic to for kids these days. I'm glad I didn't have any food allergies growing up. My little sister on the other hand found out as a teen she was allergic to pineapple after eating it,but thankfully didn't have an anavelexous attack and needed emergency care. She just felt her tongue go numb after one bite and realized what was happening.

Thank you for this. My son is now 24, but when he was a young child we lived in fear of his food allergies harming him every day. We always have 2 AuviQ on hand at all times, so much better than EpiPen.

To avoid food allergies stick to the food schedule your pediatrician will tell you about. Babies are GRADUALLY exposed to foods. They cannot try everything and there’s no excuse to rush it. Yeah their diet seems boring or regulated but there’s a reason.
