It is so crazy that you mentioned about the scale. I know I suffer from body dysmorphia, and I have been obsessing about my weight, even though I am healthy. I have done bikini competitions where I was tiny tiny tiny. I know that’s not sustainable but I like it. when you mentioned about not weighing yourself anymore, I had literally just written my current weight. Call confirmation call at coincidence. love and agree with everything you said in here and actually practice all of these things in some capacity, which is a lot more than I thought I did.The only thing I am still doing is weighing myself because I and trying to gain weight. I don't do it a lot tho and am aware of when I start to obsess and will back off. I am currently working on making getting ready for the day a habit. Wanted to add that there are studies that show that when your house or room or wherever you're at is cluttered/messy, your brain gets/feels foggy and it's harder for you to focus/get things done and even sleep!
