Yes, yes! Definitely keep trusting the process! I am a DIY Microlocer. When I got tired of looking at short hair during my second year, I wore box braids and crochet styles. It didn’t take long for me to miss my Locs. I only have about 230 locs, so my base is pretty strong. I know sisterlocks are pretty small, so be sure to consult with your loctician. I’m not sure I would recommend braids before the one year mark either. Go with your gut. Your hair is beautiful 🎉
