Actually, in the state of franklin It's illegal for a commercial driver to have a bac above 00.00 Which is a reason to arrest them

If you don't want to loose conduct points a lot, you can turn on casual mode in game settings, so that you don't loose to many points

So according to the hand book I read last night in game the driving ban can be used for overweight or hours. But also don't have to example they gave was multiple offense if that helps.

Considering I’m an actual truck driver, I believe a driving ban is equivalent to putting him out of service for being overweight. Being overweight can cause an accident considering some highways restrict overweight trailers.

The blood alcohol limit for commercial drivers is most likely 0.00 i just arrested a commercial driver with 0.024 just to see and was awarded duty points and no penalties.

Another thing I hate in this game (from the perspective of a PS5 player) when you pull someone over they seem to brake check you and then you have to apologise for the accident and do the report when it should be their fault if they brake checked me. They seem to get to a complete stop inhumanly fast, it’s especially annoying on highway patrol duty because you’re going so fast.

@@IrishCloverGaming That is weird, I would than think it may be your console, or your cord to your TV/Monitor or even your TV or Monitor. I would suggest having a look in the settings, but I don't think graphics settings are an option on consoles.

@@TheHomeOfEverythingSimulation I too am on the pc -have a wheel pedal setup could not get it to work on this so rather than use keyboard i use a steelseries controller pretty much like xbox or the ps have works good very touchy on the joystick part.anyway here are the laws in florida in regards to having a cdl and drinking CDL drivers are held to a higher standard than passenger vehicles drivers who can have up to 0.08 BAC. Does this 0.04 apply to a CDL driver that is operating a passenger vehicle? Yes… under Florida law 0.04 BAC applied to CDL drivers operating a commercial vehicle or a private passenger vehicle.

The only thing i dont like about this game on PS5, is the render distance for the vehicles is abysmal. You see them spawn and despawn like 10 car lengths away
