Couple things brix - 1) the edits on this vid is amazing. I been here since the Cami days so I love the adjustments. 2) as someone who lost 75 pounds, its wild how accurate that advice is. And It applies to ventures outside of weightless too. Micro wins. Real game. Iykyk. 3) dope shit. I love It.

I’m almost 50 down in 3 months, it’s not as hard as I thought. Not saying it’s not harder for some people, but I’ve been locked in and nutrition is the main ingredient with weight lost, all these years I was working out but eating bad still. As soon as I changed my diet and worked out the weight dropped instantly

Started may 28th. Weighed in at 356. As of today I’ve been stuck in the 308 to 314 ratio for a couple weeks now. I’ve walked over 100 miles, drink only water, and workout 3 to 4 times a week.

I did the Samething. I took a few days off from the gym and got a lot of sleep. Then started back up and the weight started back coming down. I don’t know if I needed to reset or what? But it helped me. Good luck

you right, once you figure out ways to eat better long term, you get inspired to try and fail at other things, because once i did that, i had the willpower to try and learn how to grow a tiny bit of food, and after many failed attempts i was able to figure out how to regrow navy beans and garlic so far.😯👍🏽

You can do it. For years I kept trying and stopping. I always thought I had to give up the food I love and eat nothing but boneless skinless chicken breast and broccoli. But once I learned I could still eat basically whatever I want and still lose weight that's when everything changed for me.

@@rugs_mcfly thank you so much so you finally was able to lose the weight and kept it off what finally helped was it a combination like intermittent fasting counting macros if you have any tips let me know!

@@SupaBlessedAries I started 15 months ago. I'm down about 85 lbs. I still have over 100 more lbs to go. What made this time different was my mindset. I told myself that I refuse to quit. At the time I didn't know much about how to actually lose weight other than eat less and exercise. So I just started researching how to lose weight and researched all the different diets. I knew there had to be something I could stick to. What I've learned is that pretty much any diet plan will work if you stick to it. And the common denominator is calorie deficit. Learn about calorie deficit. Exercise is good for your overall health and body composition but exercise doesn't have alot to do with losing weight. It's all about the diet especially the calorie deficit. And try and eat as much whole foods as you can but you don't have to be perfect. Intermittent fasting is good. Same with keto. But again the key is calorie deficit. You really just have to try different things until you find what's best for you. Also don't get emotional over the scale. The scale is just a tool to tell you if what you're doing is working or not. If the scale goes down don't get too excited and if it goes up or stays the same don't get upset. Don't let the number on the scale dictate your emotions. And if you have a bad day don't beat yourself up just accept it and do better the next day. Anyways there's alot to learn and the best way to learn is experience. I call it a constant science experiment. I'm constantly having to adjust different things as I go. I'm still learning myself. Good luck and if you ever have questions you can hit me up on insta and I'll try my best. I've personally had to teach myself and it's been alot of trial and error. So be patient and you'll get there.

@@rugs_mcfly thank you so much mine has been trail and error as well I lost 70lbs but then gained like 50 back now I'm down 40 and I'm just now starting to get my energy back I was intermittent fasting but not eating enough and everytime I would stand up I was weak and shaky so it took me sometime to realize that I needed to eat more and more whole foods as well as include an iron supplement as well and now things are turning around I will definitely keep in contact!
