That is a fill recipe. Those spice are not expensive if u buy at Indian grocery store.

Looks delicious, though for any other westerners watching, what he's calling 'bayleaf' seems to actually be Indian Bayleaf, which is the leaf of a plant in the cinnamon family. They can be found at any Indian market (usually just labeled as 'bayleaf' in English), and will usually be a lot cheaper than the leaves of the bay laurel. They're not inferior, but they are rather different (and tend to be much larger).
