My heart breaks for those who have never experienced CHRIST in a supernatural way. I am saying this from a conservative point of view. Yes you can be a non Pentecostal as far as theology goes and experience GOD in a supernatural way. You can be so astonish of the presence of GOD while praying and worshiping HIM. Thank you Francis for the genuine excitement you bring when you share the LORD’S word. I know that there is no difference wether I am speaking to one or 100 concerning GOD’S presence, it’s just as powerful. Thank you for firing me up on this Sunday morning.

These days we don't understand the meaning of a personal relationship with God. It's for each one of us. Listen to Him speak through His Word. It's not a one-way relationship with constant begging for our needs, and never desiring to know God, or his likes and dislikes. Build it up.

Just reading 1 Corinthians 12:111. Frances talks on this verse 1 Corinthians 12:7; But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: Then if you read on in the chapter the question what does a manifestation of the Spirit look like is explain. 1 Corinthians 12:8-11; for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills. Which explains what verse7 is talking about

On 1 John 3 I think this chapter talks on the point of salvation. Talking to those who sin & if you are in Christ how you are changed but if you keep sinning you are of the devil. Which could mean we can be saved then fall away or that we where never saved of we sin

Once saved always saved, but all Christians still sin. Which is why it his mercy is so amazing. We can ask for forgiveness and it is gone. If we have a personal relationship with him we don't want to do those things any more and we continually work to be better.

@@alanhenderson215 no not really. That would be great. But you have to hear obey and follow Jesus to receive eternal life. If you turn away you can't have what you've turned your back on through serial sins. Continuance is key! Rev 3 is a letter from Jesus to His church by the Holy Spirit. If you endure to the end you will be saved!

Brother I'm 46 now. I've just now experiencing the Holy Spirit manifesting in me. Since you have the son the Father and Holy Spirit so long, can you please answer me a few questions. Unclean foods are we suppose to not eat pork and shrimp? Or what of the law, just as you described he is in me. I am his slave and very happy to be. But I'm such a babe. I'm so scared I will loose him. Not wanting to get my feet dirty anymore. Sabbath is Saturday no buying selling. I mean everyday is worshipping him. Can you please tell me a few things that can help me mature much faster in these last days. So that I can do the Fathers will in these last hours. God bless you and thank you. I know he is changing me more and more day by day to be like him.

@@tbadini11 it's all about God, Jesus defended his desiples for tearing off and eating on the sabbath for being hungry/ good of man. The law wasn't written for evil to be used against man. I think most important is Jesus claimed them just as he claims us with his Holy Spirit. Freeing us from the law because of our faith? Which is now written in our hearts and is a part of us?

Fellowship is helpful but only Jesus can be your accountability partner if you really want to change your life. I'm struggling but God is always in my mind and on my heart, sometimes I feel like I'm more consumed with thinking of God than driving my car or doing anything else in this life. For a while I thought it was weird, but that's because this world is so fubar and perverse it makes you think that the upside down world of Jesus Christ is weird. Thank God I'm not called to fit in here, because I certainly don't. Peace. I love ya man! I'm trying to work on leaving the decisions in His hands and to keep my own hands clean and out of my own future. I need help in fasting and praying, when I was doing that I was so peaceful and felt so calm and balanced, but something is really urging me to NOT do that, and obviously that's not of God. Help us Lord Jesus, God bless y'all!!

Should Christians watch movies and tv
@philipparish2990
@philipparish2990 5 жыл бұрын
Well that is a good question. My response would be a question to ponder. That question is: "is the movie or tv show a movie or tv show that is something that leads you towards God or towards sin?" I will explain if you watch a tv show and you see sex in it then have a wank or lust then should it be something you should of watched? So you need to judge your tv or movies that you watch based on either how it leads the heart and mind. If it leads you towards sin or shows sins then I would say depending on how strong your faith is to judge it based on that or just not watch it.

There is no yes or no, it has so many variables. But ask yourself, is what I’m doing honoring God? Also, God gifts us with plenty of things that we can take joy in so long as they are not our functional savior. I watch movies, TV, anime, play video games, etc. but I am very mindful of how much I consume in comparison to how much time I am spending with God. I have people to hold me accountable and ensure that I am inviting God into my life more than the things that won’t fill me the same way that God does. Look up the difference between sins and scruples. If it is something that you feel as though you have no control over, I would suggest cutting it out but hearing it from a random KZbin commenter may not provide the answer you are searching for. I encourage you to ask God about these things and He will provide you with the answers you need.

If John 3:4 is factual, how does Paul say I do the things I don't want to do, but don't do the things I should do Romans 7:15. According to this reasoning John and Paul conflict. One should be an instant sanctification, the other is process of working through our relationship with Christ and free will. Then to look at it another way Paul identifies as a slave who has been set free. Gods goal is not worship but obedience! Just like Jacob, wrestling with the Lord, getting closer to the truth!

John 3:4; Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb & be born?" Romans 7:15-16; For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do. 16 If, then, I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that is good.

The man described in Rom7 tries to become righteous through obeying the Law, but he lacks the power to live out. The solution is in Chapter 8. A man in Christ gains power from the indwelling Holy Spirit to live out a holy life if he lives according to the Holy Spirit, not to his own sinful nature.
