Not even lying, first time I came across this boss I had my Amber team out an it was the fastest clear I've done to date. However I am lazy so I usually farm this boss with Yanfei; not as fast (Stamina becomes an issue) but I don't have to think about what I'm doing as much.

Wriothesley Burn-melt is a monstrous team against this boss. Both burning and wrio can shred through this boss’s shield like piece of cake.

Ayaka is my go-to for this boss and it was no different for this event. The difference tho is that I use her charged attack to break the shield and *then* use burst after the shield is destroyed and it stays there stunned and not moving. I got gold 3 stars from using this method with Ayaka hyperfridge team

😂 bro this was me trying to get raiden to work against the jadeplume,raiden just kept getting insta one shot,I had to switch to default neuvillette with a little bit of kuki shinobu for electro lol😂

Furina/Navia/Xianyun/Charlotte put in work here. The Seahorse is one of my most fought bosses (Neuvi and now Clorinde LOL) at this point. I would have used Yoimiya, but I was stubborn and wanted it to be a (mostly) Fontaine team. XD Hard Mode, at least, I managed the requirements. If I wanted to do Fearless I would have had to pull out Yoi and Dehya though....

Burning is actually good vs this boss specially with Nahida. I think burning drains the shield every tick.

Well, I think You insted of a pyro team You need dps who attacks the horse and it doesn't move. I mean Ayaka depends of her ult so why not Ganyu or Wrio? They can also be a preatty good dps the horse is strong though so You need to use some shilders or healers.

I honestly just hate the ones with the shield. Also it’s not only a dps check but elemental check, as all of the days have been. Which is def tough for newer players but platinum is def meant for end game / heavy investment characters and accounts.

Not the first. The first end game that gave everyone headaches where the hypostasis. The second one was with the triple Maguu and the double Geovishaps. A special version of Oceanid was also in one of those events. There where a few reruns of those.

This boss has been in the open world for ages and in the abyss too. Pyro, Dendro and Cryo can break its shield. I’ve seen someone defeat it in Fearless stage in 30s, using Baizhu and Klee to break shield and Neuvillette to finish it. I used C1 R2 Jade Spear Arlecchino-Bennett-Kazuha-Zhongli to defeat it in 4min in the Fearless stage without choosing any options.

That’s where you’re wrong. I only needed just one, which is Xiangling. More than enough for me to beat that boss! I used Neuvillette, Furina, Baizhu and Xiangling. When that boss has a Xenomare Pearl, you need to use Baizhu and Xiangling to damage that Pearl! When destroyed, launch all your attacks against the exhausted Millennial Pearl Seahorse! When the Seahorse is airborne, attack the rotating orbs with Baizhu while timing your i-frame dashes!

@@Yengi_KizakuYes. Remember that Electro is best countered by Cryo, Pyro and Dendro. Xiangling can damage the Electro shield with both her Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst, both inflicting Pyro damage.
