People wielding and infusing elements into various objects without having visions is a thing that already exists in game(mitachurls and treasure hoarder potion throwers). She could just be using element infused bullets which makes sense since it’s based on the elements within her party

Chasca's easily Top 3, arguably The Best, Character for the Overworld. Not just the incredibly smooth movement for exploration but also the effortlessness at wiping enemy groupings without the need for any rotation or particular teammates besides PECH Elements... You could for example run Gaming and Rosaria together (regardless of their level) to have 100% uptime on the Day/Night Speed Boost Abilities while still having easy damage without the need for built characters or Bursts/Rotation, also leaving the 4th slot open for something like the Region Specialty Material locators (like Mika for Mondstadt, Gorou for Inazuma, Kachine for Natlan, ect) or the characters that stop animals/Crystalflies from running away (like Yaoyao and Sayu).

The fact that Chasca is able to use the elements of their companions while they're out makes her such a powerhouse once built! Funnily enough, this kind of lines up with how people were pointing out Chasca had been portrayed in trailers with two different Visions, first with Cryo, then with Anemo! While it seems she isn't able to wield different elements on her own as some theorized, it is kind of close.

Even tho game8 said she was A tier, I COMPLETELY disagree. You could literally have nobody else built and she’ll do up to 10k damage. She’s also logistically good. You don’t have to spend much time gathering her ascension material; she shares her artifact domain with all Natlan characters; and the fact you only have to run attack and elemental mastery for her artifacts. This means she’s super good for beginner players, not even mentioning the fly mechanic, which makes it 1000x easier to dodge attacks and explore. In my opinion, she’s one of the best characters in the game.

Has one of the best open world abilities (infinite flight in Natlan), does not need set up to trigger reactions, ranged, flies above attacks, zero energy requirements and good vertical investment (pun unintended). I understand she is a luxury pull especially if you are coming from Xilonen, Nahida into Neuvi and Mavuika. However I dont think you'll ever regret pulling for her. That said do look at Mavuika or Citlali leaks they both look pretty awesome.
