Oh wow I just realized something, the Emperor knew about Kitten and Magnus’s travel and allowed it to happen anyway because he knew that it would lead them to Vulkan and Corax. And by by Magnus’s own existence causes them to return to terra. Meanwhile, having magnus drag the inquisition through the warp to: 1. find and inform Leeman of Magnus’s presence in the throneroom which would motivate him to return to terra much like how it worked with Vulkan and Corax 2. Using star child as a way to help them escape the warp through Commorraugh, potentially finding the Khan and allowing him to join the trip back to terra as well! Holy shit the tts team’s writing is genius, Big E bagically used Magnus as bait 3 times to get 4 of his loyalist sons to reunite with him is awesome. JUST. AS. PLANNED.
