Use Thor to stand on the tall black part and it will drop so Loki can jump up there. That's how you reach the other part for the draw bridge

You make Thor stand on that black brick-like thing on the right. It will sink down and make steps for Loki to jump on, etc.

Both upper telekinesis pieces can be moved easily if you stand near the mountain wall somewhere below them as Loki. You're on some next level problem solving with that proximity glitch though. Edit- RIP My friend. As I understand you were a kind and generous person. Even beyond life you are here to help others, and even make them laugh. I will remember you fondly whenever I play this game JoJo.

The second telekinesis-thing; You need to stand to that black pillar as thor by flying up there, then it will sink, and another pillar will come up, and that way you can climb up as Loki. :) I think that was a glitch what you opened the gate with.
