Mario party 9 has always been my favourite mario party because it was what introduced me to the Mario franchise but I think Jamboree might actually be my favourite but i'll have to see when it comes out

I have actually had the same problem in don't look minigame before. The reason why you might swing in a direction but your character does not look anywhere or looks in another direction is because it could be because you swung it slightly in a different direction before swinging it in the direction you wanted your character to look, or you swung it in the direction too slow. Try swinging it slightly faster and don't swing slightly in a different direction. If this doesn't solve the problem there could be an issue with the sensor bar itself (though I don't know what specific issue it is). Hopefully this helps you and your sister ZX Many.

I was thinking that that might be the issue we've been having, that would make sense! I'll recommend that my sister hold the wii mote very steady for that minigame and we'll see if that fixes the issue. Thanks for the tip!
