On January 11 2024, BROAD Sustainable Building completed the 26 story Jingdu Residential Tower in just 5 days! The building was completed turnkey, including essential utilities like water, electricity, air conditioning, and it's also equipped with BROAD’s own energy recovery ventilation system. This building is a new milestone in high-rise prefabricated stainless steel construction.
