Im starting my journey on traditional bow. As a rifle hunter my whole life, i never liked compounds which my family always pushed on me. They still dont understand why i want to hunt with a traditional bow so im going solo on this journey. So thank you for the tips!

I learned on my own as well. No mentors for the first 5 years. Not even the internet back then. I promise you will love learning this way. You get to develop your style and learn at your pace thru both the ups and the downs rather than skipping over the downs. There is alot of power in learning this way.

My “stumping” head is a broadhead I never sharpen. I hate judos so I shoot into a hill, dirt mound, ditch, etc. Never into actual stumps. It’s also my small game head so I always have it with me anyways.

Purely instinctive. I focus on the spot I want to hit starting before I even draw and never break focus.

Be careful with the 3d targets. Broadheads can get stuck and the glue bind break. Have something tht can push the heads thru the denser foam. I have lost several glue on. Lol
