"36 minutes of your time please just let me just change your mind" Album is 37 minutes long and this lyric takes place ~1 min into this song, which is the opener on the album. Pretty cool.

Broadside deserves the world and more. I love them more than anything. They’re truly underrated. Let’s hype them up and bless everyone with their amazing music that they work so hard on. There’s so much raw and pure emotion and dedication put into their work. So let’s give back and give them the love and validation they deserve. 🌊💙

So true...it's everything we need in music. The perfect combination, we need one song to get noticed and they'll blow up like Bad Wolves, Disturbed, and others did.

totally digging the change of sound for this track, love pop punk broadside but man I wouldn’t mind hearing some more of Oli’s screams
@reeceriana91604 жыл бұрын
Bands like Broadside should be played on the radio and selling out stadiums but instead bands that use autotune with meaningless lyrics continue to sellout. It's a shame when a song like this that has such a deep meaning, video and is sang with such passion will go under the radar. Hopefully they'll get recognition eventually... great song!
@cliffordcrimson71242 ай бұрын
Not really. The sound and style are the same as a few hundred other "alt/indie rock" bands that are putting out material at any given time. Meaningful lyrics haven't been special since the 90s. It just isn't special.

I've been a fan of Broadside ever since Old Bones but right around when Paradise came out I kinda pulled away from them. I think Paradise was a huge step forward for them but I also felt like they were pulling back with who they were as a band. Something in Paradise was missing for me. But when I first heard this song, I was blown away. It reminded me of how I felt when I first heard them and how excited I was about them. I truly think that they have found who they are and what sound works best for them. I cannot wait for more. Very excited for the new album.
@VitruviaMusic4 жыл бұрын
This is so AMAZING. You can seriously feel the raw emotion throughout the whole song but especially at the end with Oliver's screams. Paradise was the album that got me into Broadside, glad to see it's gonna be another banger coming soon!

There’s genuinely no amount of words or way of saying things that could express the love and appreciation I feel for this song. The album itself is a masterpiece in my opinion. It deserves sooooooooooo much more recognition than it has, and I’m going to share it as much as I can :) Seriously though, I think of this song during my down moments and singing it brings me some peace. Thank you for making such meaningful music ❤️
