It never really occurred to me all these years back, but the little embellishments and edits made for these dubs are such wonderful touches. I will never get over the back-and-forth between Meryl and Snake after Psycho Mantis hiding the panel changes behind camera shifts, the sudden cut from the punch after "mine reader", the Kermit Rays, Ocelot's head extending outward to Raiden, and that's without everything else I'm omitting to keep this from getting wordy. Fun story : I was talking to my friend about Prince of Persia , my other friend came in like "What's up ? Hearing the melancholy guitar in the credits of this video always gives me intense bittersweet feelings. Metal Gear is a one of a kind work of art, and I'm happy I was able to experience it firsthand.
