INGREDIENTS
10 oz or 2 cups cups frozen broccoli florets (thawed) cut in chunks
3 scallions chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 egg
MIX Together And Refrigerate 30 min
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup or more panko
Oil for frying

Well I made the recipe and everyone loved them. I wound up with a hone mustard sauce that seemed to go over well. Kudos to you BGK! A total winner. These are not difficult and everyone should give them a try. Thanks! New fan.
