Concrete floor on a tailbone - ouch. Nice warm epsom salt tub soak might help a little. We used to have a Soup Plantation that had Joan's Broccoli salad - this is close to that recipe.

People do want to eat that broccoli stem. You just peel it and make coins. GREAT for stir fry. Cabbage , cauliflower, carrot are used the same way. Just freeze in zip lock bags and you always have great stir fry veggies.

@AndypIsntSure eewwwww, mustard. Lol. My dad thought hot mustard water cured almost all illness. Flu, migraines, stomach issues. He'd make us drink it when we were sick. It makes you throw up. He thought that helped you get better. I associate mustard with throwing up. Even the smell of it hits my gag reflexes.

@sheriwillis8445 lol. I tell you, It hurt really bad when I landed on it. It is beyond painful now. I can barely stand up or sit down. Walking is difficult, and bending over is excruciating. I hope it gets better instead of continuing to get worse. I may break down and go have my ass prayed Friday if gets worse. Again, praying it's only bruised

@tinah5086 .I'm hanging in there. My enphizema has gotten worse. I've been having some really bad days. Caught a cold and ended up in the hospital for a day. But there isn't much they can do for me. I've been falling asleep early so I have been missing the live stream's. My prognosis isn't good. Two and a half years ago the doctors gave me one to five years to live. So I'm living on borrowed time right now. I just can't quit smoking no matter how hard I try. So I'll just keep living day to day and be grateful every day I wake. Take care my friend!!😀💚💚 TTYL!!
