Realistic is EXACTLY what we need. I don’t care about fancy I care about doable and what works. I never tire of listening to you and I like when you do a vloggly style what I eat in a day because you are good at keeping my attention and that’s a rare occurrence lol you get me excited about eating my veggies 😍

I’m on day 3. I got incredibly full from my lunch. I started the morning with air fried sweet potato fries airfry zucchini and cucumber. Lunch was a sweet potato smoothie loaded with carrots cucumbers celery kale and cacao powder because I needed some thing chocolatey. Dinner was a potato broccoli soup and your famous cabbage. It’s been very filling. I’m definitely missing fruit now and oats. We’ll see if I can make it another 4 days! Haha! 🤣🤣

Absolutely love the channel and insta. I’m obsessed with silicon muffin tray concoctions, I might try lining them with hash until baked crispy, then shoving mash broccoli and peas with curry powder in and baking again, hoping to get a samosa vibe! 🤪

Day 3 here. So far not tired of the potatoes but I am missing salt and fruit. I was literally drooling over some pineapple today 😂. Trying to curb the salt intake has been the hardest part. Not that I was crazy with the salt before but I figured why not go for it. But damn… potatoes and salt are just a match made in veggie heaven!

I made the air fried mashed potatoes and added broccoli, garlic and nooch to the mash before air frying. So yum!

I am loving this video series. I'm going to start my potato reset today. I'm a busy mum too and have gotten into the terrible habit of not really having lunch and just eating biscuits all day! My sugar cravings are on overload. It's definitely time to take control. Thank you for the inspiration 🥰♥️x

My favourite is wedges cooked in the air fryer with salt onion powder and nooch . I cook the potatoes in the microwave chop into wedges mix with spices and then cook until crispy in the air fryer . I’ve tried all other methods but like the potatoes cooked this way by far!! Did you weigh yourself Ami ?

Shelby I’m in the US too. The way I bought her menu plans was through a link on her Instagram. You get an email with a link to download. I hope that helps.

Not exactly sick of potatoes but really looking forward to being able to make a salad dressing again. I'm used to making a veggie ranch using cashews or hemp seeds And the usual substitute for that would be white beans so I was totally unprepared. I'm still looking for a salad dressing recipe that I can use on the reset
